Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily production activities on the shop floor
Support production planning and execution
Monitor machine operations and report any issues
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines
Maintain production records and documentation
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Follow safety procedures and workplace discipline
Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets

Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes




Understanding of mechanical drawings (preferred)
Willingness to learn and work in a shop floor environment
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in shifts (if required)
