Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable software and IT solutions.
Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documentation.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution preparation and cost estimation.
Participate in RFPs, RFQs, and government tenders where applicable.

Market Research
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Identify current industry segments and business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Revenue Growth




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
