Job Overview:
To deliver prompt, effective, and high-quality medical care to patients presenting in the Emergency Department, while ensuring smooth coordination and uninterrupted functioning of emergency services in accordance with hospital protocols.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtaining and recording patient medical histories, vitals, test results and other information for medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality. Coordinating the daily administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance.
Preparing treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assisting practitioners with medical procedures and other patient care.
Delivering compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
Counsel patients by transmitting physician's orders and questions about surgery
Educate patients by providing medication and diet information and instructions; answering questions
Schedule surgeries by making arrangements with the surgical center,



verifying times with patients and preparing charts, pre-admission and consent forms
Maintain safe, secure and healthy work workplace by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receipt
Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs
Update job knowledge by participating in educational prospects and reading professional publications
Complete records by recording patient examination, treatment and test results
Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping patient care information confidential.
Any other work as defined by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
