Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management-
Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for assigned clients and hiring managers.:
Build and maintain solid relationships with client stakeholders.
Understand business requirements, hiring priorities, and delivery expectations.
Manage client feedback, escalations, and communication effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings to ensure account satisfaction.

Recruitment Delivery Management-
Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures against agreed SLAs.
Handle critical, niche, and high-priority hiring mandates as an Individual Contributor (IC) when required.

Account Management & Growth
Strengthen existing client relationships through consistent delivery excellence.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional hiring support.




Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to improve fulfillment ratios and hiring efficiency.
Contribute to long-term client retention and account growth initiatives.

Reporting & Operations-
Utilize ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar tools for recruitment tracking and reporting.
Maintain accurate client-wise hiring reports, pipeline status, and delivery dashboards.
Track key metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joiners, and recruiter productivity.
Analyze delivery performance and proactively address bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹50,000.00 per month
