Description:
This role is an entry-level position focused on assisting in the recovery of outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments from customers. You will be responsible for contacting customers, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

As a Collections Specialist Fresher in Bengaluru, you'll be responsible for identifying and contacting customers with overdue payments, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records, all while adhering to company policies and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the collections process including:
Daily outreach to customers with open receivables
Research and resolve balance disputes
Coordinate with Sales Department on credit hold issues
Assist in reconciliation of inbound payment transactions
Generation and Issuance of Monthly Customer Statements
Enforce proper collections procedures
Assist with projects and provide assistance to other departments

Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections.




Comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Solid computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
High attention to detail and accuracy
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
HS Diploma
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree a plus
Immediate Joiners preferred.

Experience:
No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.
Previous experience in customer service or collections is a plus
