Key Responsibilities:
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers (cold calling) or answering incoming calls to address customer needs.
Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching products/services, scheduling meetings for field staff, and converting leads into sales.
Database Management: Recording details of conversations, updating client contact information, and maintaining accurate records.
Query Resolution: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and providing solutions.
Performance Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
