PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Generation:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, including individuals, businesses, and automotive service centres.
Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and convert them into sales prospects.
Present and sell a range of tyres to prospective customers, highlighting features and perks.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and tailored tyre solutions.
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the best products.




Follow up on leads and sales inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of tyre specifications, performance characteristics, and industry trends.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, conducting product demonstrations and consultations over the phone.

Sales Targets and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Handling Objections and Closing Sales:
Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing clear and persuasive responses.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
