Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (Commissioning & Testing) who will be responsible for commissioning and testing recent products and improving existing products.
To be successful as a Field Service Engineer, you should have engineering and design knowledge, solid knowledge of the prototype design process, and robust written and verbal communication skills. Ultimately, a valuable product developer should be highly innovative, possess the ability to problem-solve, and work well within a team

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Commissioning and Testing on site.
Responding to customer complaints and resolving problems with the equipment.
Installing, repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment.
Providing customer training, feedback, and reports on the product.
Developing and maintaining relations with customers.
Analyzing and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation engineering or industrial design.




Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation engineering or industrial design.

Experience:
Proven working experience of at least 2 years as a service engineer.

Required Skills and Capabilities:
Have exposure in any language i.e. Java, SQL, Python, Modus, SCADA, TCP/IP.
Be comfortable using Windows.
Be comfortable using PCB design software (Altium or Autodesk).
Be comfortable using design software (SOLIDWORKS or Autodesk).
Be comfortable using MS Office.
Work well within a team.
Creative and innovative thinking skills.
Problem-solving skills.

Location: Thane

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Willing to work Pan India (When needed)

Pay: ₹9,857.08 - ₹24,781.98 per month
