We are hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE) for an International Outbound Voice Process (Website Process). The role involves making outbound calls to international business owners, explaining website-related services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound international calls to business owners
Explain website services clearly and professionally
Generate and qualify leads
Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines

Requirements:
H.S. pass or above (English medium mandatory)
Excellent spoken English communication skills
6 months-1 year experience in international outbound calling / website process preferred
Freshers with solid English communication skills are welcome
Immediate joiners preferred

Shift & Schedule
Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday off
