Job Details

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client discussions
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, use cases, and process documentation




Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and project management teams to ensure proper requirement understanding
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements through technology solutions
Coordinate with clients during project execution, UAT, and implementation stages
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and functional challenges during project lifecycle
Support ERP and CRM implementation projects by understanding operational workflows
Assist in change management, user training, and solution adoption activities
Ensure timely clarification of requirements to avoid project delays or scope confusion

Required Skills:
Solid experience in Business Analysis within IT services or software development companies
Good understanding of ERP systems, CRM platforms, and business workflows
