Experience: 6 months - 1 year in Sales / Business Development (Service Industry Preferred)

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead conversion, and service-based selling.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and databases.
Pitch company services to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in Business Development / Sales.
Experience in selling services (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills. (English as a primary language)
Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Target-oriented and self-driven.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000/month + Incentives (based on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
