Work closely with IT/SAP consultants for process improvements and issue resolution.
Vendor & Procurement Management
Develop and maintain robust vendor relationships.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
Conduct stock audits and reconciliation through SAP.
Improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Logistics & Distribution
Plan transportation and delivery schedules.
Optimize logistics costs and improve service levels.
Ensure timely customer deliveries and dispatch tracking.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify prospects for cost reduction and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Drive SOP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
