Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
Conduct on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content recommendations.
Handle technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and website structure.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and generate actionable insights.
Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and SEO KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Paid Ads Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).




Conduct audience research and campaign targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
Improve CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Generate regular campaign performance reports and insights.

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in SEO and Paid Advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Positive understanding of technical SEO and website optimization.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
