We are hiring Manager - Compliance and Reporting for our office situated in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities:
Tax Compliance (Direct & Indirect)
Manage all direct tax compliances including income tax returns, TDS and advance tax
Oversee GST filings, reconciliations and ongoing compliance requirements
Participate in litigations in relation to the aforementioned compliances
Coordinate with external advisors and authorities for tax-related matters
Compliance & Regulatory
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including Companies Act, ROC filings and other regulatory obligations
Ensure adherence to evolving tax regulations and assess impact on the business
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all compliance activities
Financial Reporting & Accounting




Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
Ensure accurate and real-time maintenance of books of accounts
Track investments, liabilities and prepare periodic financial summaries
Review MIS reports and provide actionable insights
Provide data-driven insights to aid strategic decision-making
Lifestyle Management Support for HNIs
Ensure timely handling of commitments such as bill payments, documentation and other financial obligations
Coordinate with bankers, wealth managers and external advisors
Maintain strict confidentiality and high levels of discretion
Team Leadership
Supervise and guide junior team members and associates
Review work outputs and ensure completeness, accuracy and presentation in all work
Drive accountability and timely completion of deliverables
Qualified Chartered Accountants.
