Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients using the list of leads provided by the seniors
Explain clearly and confidently the DNA Tests of their interest, including sample collection methods, reporting time, price, uses, advantages of the test, and more.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert the leads into buyers
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Record and update customer interactions in our lead-management portal
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi:
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle tough questions, objections, and close sales effectively
Basic to advanced computer knowledge
Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Excel
