A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the construction/interior project site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Management
Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers
Project Execution
Monitor project progress and timelines
Ensure milestones are achieved as per schedule
Report daily/weekly progress to project manager
Quality Control
Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards
Conduct regular inspections and rectify issues immediately
Material & Inventory Handling
Manage material delivery, storage, and usage
Prevent wastage and ensure proper utilization
Safety Compliance
Enforce safety regulations and site discipline
Ensure workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Maintain accident-free work environment
Coordination
Work closely with designers, engineers,



and clients
Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site records (attendance, materials, work progress)
Prepare daily site reports

Required Skills:

Positive communication skills

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
1+ years of site supervision experience (interiors/construction)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
