Key Responsibilities / Role Description
Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for D2C and Quick Commerce orders.
Align Purchase Orders (POs) with vendors, warehouses, and procurement teams.
Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process and ensure accurate inventory entries.
Coordinate with dark stores, warehouses, and delivery partners for smooth dispatch operations.
Track inward and outward stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock reconciliation and resolve inventory mismatches.
Ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of orders across marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms.
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for smooth shipment flow.




Support return management and reverse logistics operations.
