Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of Datawarehousing systems and processes using ETL technologies and troubleshooting any potential issues.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Delivery
End-to-end delivery management across multiple workstreams
Team leadership including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
Resource planning, staffing, and utilization management

Client & Consulting
Solid client management with senior stakeholders
Experience in pharma / life sciences domain and data ecosystems
Ability to define data / AI strategy and translate business needs into solutions

Technical Oversight
Strong understanding of modern data platforms, Snowflake, and AI ecosystems
Ability to guide architecture and engineering decisions

Master of Computer Application

Work Experience:
Overall, 8+ years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain.
Should have expertise and working experience in at least 2 ETL tech stack among Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Informatica
Should be able to handle a mid size team.
Should have robust Data Warehousing, Reporting and Data Integration fundamentals.
Advanced expertise with SQL
Experience on AWS/Azure cloud data stores and it’s DB/DW related service offerings.
Should have knowledge and experience of Big Data Technologies and NO SQL databases.
Agentic AI experience is a plus
