We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students about our Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Counsel students and professionals about digital marketing training programs.
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups.
Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Provide excellent support throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Experience in education counselling, sales, or EdTech preferred.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
