Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and hardware support to end users
Troubleshoot system, printer, and peripheral issues
Handle basic networking support and connectivity issues
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems
Provide telecom support (IP phones,



intercom systems, etc.)
Ensure timely resolution of technical problems

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN)
Familiarity with Windows OS and common software
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application / Computer Science

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
