Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or company databases.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Understand customer requirements and financial goals.
Explain various insurance products, including life, health, motor, and general insurance policies.
Provide policy comparisons and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Convince prospective customers to purchase insurance products.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and policy details.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with customers for policy renewals and cross-selling prospects.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
