Responsibilities
Engage with prospects and customers, understand needs and requirements, and position our products & services.
Progress qualified prospects to proposal and orders.
Providing accurate forecast and achieving / exceeding the targets
Achieve the revenue and GP targets.
Built long-term relationship with customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Coordinating for order processing, invoicing, installations, and payments from customers.
Maintain record of all customer communication in CRM
Keeping oneself updated with certified as per OEM / partner requirements.
