Required Skills:
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
Excellent understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Positive understanding of state management libraries like Redux/Context API.
Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.
Familiarity with Git, version control and deployment processes.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with managers, designers, developers and QA teams.
Write clean, reusable, scalable and testable code following best development practices.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Participate in code reviews,



debugging and technical discussions.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects with proper testing.
Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.

Qualifications:
BCA-MCA / BSc-MSc IT / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack Development.
Experience working on live projects and deployment is preferred.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Code must be of high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
The ability to produce bug-free code.
