Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Ice Cream Production:
Create and develop unique ice cream flavors, using fresh ingredients and cutting-edge techniques.
Operate ice cream machines and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment.
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
Prepare a variety of pastries, including cakes, tarts, cookies, and other confections.
Experiment with new recipes and seasonal flavors to enhance the menu.
Decorate and present pastries in an appealing manner.
Ensure all products meet our quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen,



adhering to food safety regulations.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and service.
Train and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry and ice cream making.
Proven experience as a pastry chef or ice cream maker, preferably in a bakery, restaurant, or dessert shop.
Robust knowledge of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and dessert presentation.
Creativity and a passion for developing new recipes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Meeting Professional Targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
