Job description:
Position: Field Sales Executive - Marketing & Sales

About Company:
We are a manufacturing company dealing in a wide range of cleaning and hygiene products including toilet cleaners, floor cleaners, home cleaning solutions, and fragrance-related products. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence across Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities:
Visit market areas, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and potential clients for product promotion and sales.
Generate current business opportunities and develop strong relationships with customers.
Promote and sell company products (approx. 72 product range including cleaning and fragrance items).
Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product distribution.
Manage existing customers and collect regular feedback.
Identify new market prospects and competitor activities.




Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the management.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in field sales/marketing (FMCG preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of Delhi NCR market will be an advantage.
Ability to travel and meet customers regularly.

Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

Salary:
₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Incentives + Travel Allowance
