Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations
Monitor patients’ vital signs throughout surgical procedures
Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols
Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Ensure proper documentation of patient records and procedures
Respond quickly to any emergencies during surgery
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)
Valid nursing registration/license
Proven experience as an OT Nurse or in a surgical setting (preferred)
Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and high-pressure workplace
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
Pay: ₹20,249.71 - ₹30,219.19 per month
