Key Responsibilities
Call students who have enquired about studying abroad through advertisements, website forms, social media, and other channels.
Understand each student’s preferred country, course, budget, academic background, and intake.
Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions counsellor.
Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
Update student details, call notes, lead status, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
Maintain a qualified and helpful approach while speaking with students and parents.
Coordinate with counsellors for smooth lead handover.
Achieve daily calling and appointment-booking targets.
Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication skills.
Confidence while speaking on calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow up regularly and handle student queries politely.
Target-oriented mindset.
