Role Overview:
Experienced Civil Engineer with 10+ years in real estate and large-scale construction projects, responsible for end-to-end site execution, project planning, quality control, contractor coordination, and timely delivery of residential/commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil construction activities ensuring compliance with drawings, safety standards, and project specifications.
Manage site execution, vendor coordination, billing verification, material planning, and progress monitoring.
Ensure quality assurance, cost optimization, and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Solid knowledge of RCC work, finishing, estimation, BOQ, and construction management practices.

Preferred Skills:
Leadership, project management, problem-solving, site supervision, AutoCAD/MS Office proficiency, and solid communication abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
