Position:
School Teacher (Primary / Middle / High School - Up to Class X)

The Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, ensuring conceptual clarity, and fostering overall student development in line with the school’s academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum
Ensure robust conceptual understanding among students
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials
Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting
Identify slow learners and provide additional academic support
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress




Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic planning
Maintain records such as attendance, marks, and progress reports

Eligibility Criteria:
B.Ed. qualification preferred (mandatory for higher classes, if applicable)
Prior teaching experience preferred; freshers with robust aptitude may apply

Desired Skills:
Passion for teaching and student mentoring
Good classroom management skills
Ability to simplify concepts and engage students
Basic computer skills (for digital teaching/records)

Compensation:
As per experience and institutional standards

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
