Key Responsibilities-
Handle hotel reservations for domestic and international clients
Coordinate with hotels for room availability, rates, and confirmations
Maintain reservation records and booking databases
Negotiate competitive hotel rates and packages
Resolve booking issues, cancellations, amendments, and customer complaints
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth travel arrangements
Ensure timely confirmation vouchers and invoices are shared with clients
Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners and suppliers
Monitor occupancy trends and seasonal pricing updates
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Required Skills-
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of hotel booking platforms and reservation systems
Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and travel software
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications-
Graduate in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field
Experience in hotel reservations, travel agency, or hospitality operations preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
