Yards Capital is a real estate firm dealing with commercial leasing and sale purchase. We strictly require the following deliverables in order to achieve immediate results:
Excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Proper use of MS excel to handle Property Inventory, Customer Data, P&L; Ledger, Investment sheets, and other Miscellaneous data organisation._
Fast and Skilled MS Powerpoint presentation making skills._
Basic Mathematics to do required calculations._
Understanding of documentation and MS Word Skills
Document handling, organising, and drafting skills._
Office operations management
Handling complete office operations, supply management, utilities management, imprest handling._
English Spoken skills




Good command on English for fault free documentation drafting, and understanding of business operations._
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
Good knowledge and learning skills of AI for faster delivery of tasks._
Valuable telecalling skills
Good tellecalling skills and experience to handle inbound customer querries and support sales team in customer handling and lead generation._

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
