About the Role

proposal preparation, technical documentation, and client presentations. The ideal candidate
should be able to understand customer requirements, prepare winning proposals, and support the
sales team with technical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend client meetings to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and
translate them into effective technical and business solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, solution documents,
business reports, and
presentations for RFPs and enterprise requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and demonstrations to clients.
• Analyze client requirements and act as a trusted consultant for technical and
documentation-related queries.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to identify the right solutions and
develop proposal responses.
• Develop and prepare proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Create professional charts, process flows, diagrams, and other supporting documentation
Assist in technology demonstrations and support the sales team throughout the proposal
lifecycle.
• Resolve technical queries and provide presales support to the sales team.
