Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR processes
Support end-to-end implementation activities from requirement analysis through go-live
Prepare and execute functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression validation
Coordinate integrations and issue resolution across HR and recruiting workflows
Provide post-production support and hypercare for business-critical HR operations
Skills Required:
8 to 15 years of relevant Oracle HCM functional consulting experience
Robust hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, Core HR, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Working knowledge of Redwood framework and functional configuration in Oracle Cloud applications
Experience supporting enterprise HR implementations with scalable process design and issue resolution
Exposure to functional testing, SIT, UAT, go-live readiness, and production support in Oracle environments
