Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Delegate and Sponsorship Sales skilled to drive revenue growth for our upcoming B2B conferences, summits, and corporate events. You will manage the dual responsibility of acquiring high-value paid attendees (delegates)



and securing corporate sponsors/partners.

Key Responsibilities

Delegate Sales (Paid Attendee Acquisition)
Target Research: Identify, research, and build databases of prospective attendees, decision-makers, and senior executives (C-level, CXOs, VPs, Directors)
Outbound Outreach: Pitch conference value propositions via cold/warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to secure paid delegate registrations.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate daily and weekly calling/sales pipeline using the company CRM platform.
Conversion: Handle objections, follow up on pending inquiries, and close individual or group delegate passes to meet individual revenue targets.

Sponsorship Sales (Partnerships)
Prospecting & Pitching: Identify potential brands, vendors, and corporate partners whose marketing or business goals align with the event.
Proposals: Develop customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks highlighting clear
