Role Description The Project Quantity Surveyor will work in office in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting projects from initial design through completion. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating costs, and assisting in budget development for architectural and interior projects. The role involves monitoring expenditures, tracking variations, and maintaining up-to-date cost reports to support decision-making and project planning.



The Project Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-productive delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with project specifications. The position also includes participation in tender processes, providing cost advice, and supporting value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications
1-3 years Experience preferably in an Architects office or Quantity Survey
Robust skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs, with the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in cost control and cost management, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
Preparation of overall Project Budget and Costing
Preparing PERT CHARTS and follow up on the same
BILL CHECKING AND CERTIFICATION for Architectural and Interior related works
Preparation of COMPARITIVE STATEMENTS based on Tenders received
