The Sales & Operations Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, sales performance, and marketing activities across all amusement and water sport centers. This role ensures smooth site operations, effective team coordination, strong sales growth, and strategic marketing execution. The manager will supervise Site Managers, analyze performance reports, implement revenue-boosting strategies, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Oversee daily operations of all amusement and water sport centers.
Supervise and support Site Managers to ensure smooth functioning, safety compliance, and service quality.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance and operational standards.
Develop and implement SOPs for customer experience, safety, staffing, and maintenance.
Coordinate manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing at each center.
Sales Management
Monitor sales performance of all centers and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.




Set sales targets for each site and ensure that teams are on track to achieve them.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth (new packages, promotions, partnerships, events).
Analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Train and motivate sales teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, on-ground, social media, partnerships, seasonal events).
Work with creative teams to develop promotional content and advertisements.
Initiate cross-promotion with hotels, resorts, travel agencies, schools, and corporate groups.
Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Ensure consistent branding across all centers.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead, guide, and evaluate Site Managers and frontline staff.
Conduct training sessions on sales, customer service, and safety protocols.
Maintain explicit reporting systems and ensure accurate data collection from each ce
