We are looking for an Associate Engineer, Software Development with robust foundational expertise in Android application development. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable software solutions that create value for customers and the organization.
What you will do
Software Development
Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Android Jetpack components.
Produce efficient, clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with architectural guidelines and coding standards.
Contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions that meet product requirements and business needs.




Evaluate and integrate third-party software libraries and components where appropriate.
Quality & Testing
Develop and maintain automated tests at unit, integration, and system levels.
Ensure business-critical functionality, edge cases, and failure scenarios are appropriately covered.
Collaborate with software testers to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
Technical Design & Continuous Improvement
Design solutions aligned with overall architecture and strategic direction.
Support implementation of core application components and technical enablers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing software components to ensure maintainability and performance.
Identify technical debt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Planning
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
