Role Description:
This is a full time, on-site Product Manager role based in Jaipur.
Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Gather and analyse customer, market, and stakeholder feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements.
Work closely with Development, UI/UX, QA, Sales, and Support teams to plan and deliver product features and enhancements.
Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.




Prioritize product features and manage the product roadmap based on business impact, customer requirements, and technical feasibility.
Coordinate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Lead UAT, product testing, and feature validation to ensure the product meets business and user requirements.
Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile applications.
Monitor product performance, analyse user feedback and adoption, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate product plans, progress, and priorities.

Qualifications
Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder coordination.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, ERP, EdTech, or technology products.
