Key Responsibilities

Presales Engagement

Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals
Bring consulting and solution driven approach to wining deals in CX solution area
Drive discovery workshops to capture CX business objectives, pain points, and success metrics

Solution Architecture & Design

Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce, ECM, Portals
Rapidly prototype POCs and interactive demos showcasing solution value and extensibility
Tailor demos to client-specific scenarios using CX platform SDKs and low-code tools

Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management

Present architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to executive and technical stakeholders
Lead alignment sessions to ensure solution components meet business, security, and compliance requirements
Able to work independently with customer stakeholders - Business Process Owners/ SMEs/ Process Sponsors/ IT Leaders

Solution Delivery Guidance

Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design, review code, and enforce best practices
