BELCIBO ADVERTISORS is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager – OOH Advertising to lead business development and revenue growth across our Out-of-Home advertising portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the OOH industry, established relationships with brands and media agencies, and a demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into sustained revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth across the company's OOH advertising portfolio, including outdoor, transit, metro and other OOH media formats.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, corporates, media agencies, advertising agencies and key decision-makers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through systematic prospecting, networking, client meetings and market intelligence.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal, negotiation, closure and collection.




Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and increase repeat and incremental business.
Work closely with media agencies and planners to ensure BEKCIBO's inventory is considered in relevant campaigns and media plans.
Prepare commercial proposals and customised OOH solutions aligned with client objectives, audience profiles and budgets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and emerging opportunities within the OOH advertising sector.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts to management.
Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team, ensuring disciplined follow-up, strong pipeline development and achievement of individual and team targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and timely resolution of client requirements.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely billing and collection of outstanding payments.
