Required Skills & Experience
8 to12+ years of experience in Software Development / Technical Project Management, preferably in an IT service-based company.
Solid technical background with experience in Web/Mobile Applications, APIs, Microservices, Cloud, Databases, Integrations, and Software Architecture.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Software Architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Good exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern software development technologies.
Strong experience in client handling, stakeholder management,



project estimation, resource planning, risk management, and escalation management.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
