Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager – Reporting & Accounts Payable to join the Finance team. This is an individual contributor role with ~80% focus on financial reporting, MIS and controllership activities and ~20% focus on Accounts Payable operations.

The role will work closely with the Associate Director & business stakeholders to ensure accurate,



timely and insightful financial reporting, robust month-end closure, and effective AP processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple stakeholders and driving improvements in finance processes.

Responsibilities And Duties

Financial Reporting & MIS – ~80%
Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process.
Prepare and review management MIS, financial dashboards and business performance reports.
Prepare P&L;, balance sheet and cash-flow analysis, including key movements and variances.
Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.
Prepare actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary.
Develop and maintain monthly reporting packs for management and leadership review.
Partner with inter and intra teams to understand financial movements and provide actionable insights.
