RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HDL & Bulk Transactions

* Execute bulk transactions using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
* Validate, upload, and troubleshoot data files
* Maintain audit logs and ensure zero data errors

2. System Enhancements (AMC Coordination)

* Coordinate with AMC partner for enhancements & bug fixes
* Raise, track, and validate incidents within SLA
* Support UAT and production deployment

3. Data Migration & Acquisition Support

* Manage historical data migration during M&A; / transitions
* Ensure data validation, mapping, and integrity
* Coordinate with IT, vendor, and BU teams

4. Integration Support

* Monitor integrations with:
* Ticketing tools
* Payroll systems
* Recruitment Tool & other HR platforms




* Troubleshoot failures and ensure seamless data flow

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification: Graduate - Preferably IT Graduate

Experience

* Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion / HR systems implementation
* Exposure to integrations & data migration preferred

Key Skills

* Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR). Other module like Absence, Payroll, Compensation
& Advantages, Security Administration,
* HDL / Bulk data processing, Spreadsheet Data Loader
* System (Outbound) integrations & reconciliation
* BI Reports, OTBI, HCM Extracts management
* Data validation & migration
