* Handling of Bank Assets business for the region
* To evaluate proposals of customers to be referred to respective asset
divisions of the bank
* Training of the RM’s in KS to source business under all these asset
categories
* Maintaining Relationships along with RMs / Dealers with HNI customers of KS
* Visiting customers along with Kotak securities RM for personal discussions
and deal structuring.
* Understanding of property related aspects (like legal title and market value
of the property)
