Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for all Sanofi India employees. Ensure a consistent, high‑quality new‑hire experience by aligning global onboarding standards with local requirements. Manage onboarding processes, tools (including Appical), documentation compliance,



cross‑functional partnerships, and the India Buddy Program.
Main responsibilities:
Own Day 1 experience, communication, and process consistency across India. Act as central onboarding SPOC and implement global onboarding initiatives (Appical, harmonization, Buddy app).
Oversee all local onboarding SPOCs; directly manage onboarding for Mumbai & Delhi. Manage welcome kits, vendors, budgets, and monthly onboarding KPIs. Handle Passport onboarding cases and ensure timely closure.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and statutory norms. Conduct documentation audits; manage updates to templates and SOPs. Serve as the audit SPOC for onboarding-related queries (EBI, PV, HSE, Legal, etc.).
Administer Appical (user management, content updates). Maintain onboarding content across systems (OneSupport, templates, presentations). Handle Tier 2 onboarding tickets and CREW approval issues w
