Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and APIs using the .NET and .NET Core frameworks.
Database Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for PostgreSQL. This includes:
Leading database migration projects from other backend systems.
Designing, writing, and optimizing complex and productive database queries, stored procedures, and functions.




Configuring and managing high-availability and disaster recovery setups to ensure system resilience.
Providing expert guidance and mentorship to other team members on PostgreSQL best practices.
Problem Solving & Leadership: Work independently to research, design, and implement solutions for complex technical challenges. Take ownership of tasks from conception through to deployment.
Mentorship: Guide and review the technical work of junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of high-quality coding standards and continuous improvement.
Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews and advocate for clean, testable, and maintainable code.
