RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Planning & Project Execution

* Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies for civil, infrastructure,
and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
* Drive project execution with a focus on cost efficiency, operational
excellence, and timely delivery.

2. Cost Estimation & Budget Management

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals for civil,
mechanical, electrical, industrial, and specialized projects.
* Monitor project budgets, track variances, and implement corrective actions to
optimize costs and improve profitability.

3. Contract & Commercial Management

* Lead contract review, negotiation, and administration activities across
project lifecycles.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, commercial terms, statutory
requirements, and organizational policies.

4. Vendor & Procurement Management

* Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
across various project categories.
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize value
and achieve cost savings.

Technical Evaluation & Quality Assurance

* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to evaluate technical
specifications, project requirements, and execution methodologies.
* Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, engineering best practices,
and regulatory requirements.

6. Risk & Compliance Management

* Identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks and implement
appropriate mitigation measures.
* Ensure timely statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and effective
governance throughout project execution.

7. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and external
agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Present project status, commercial insights, risk assessments, and financial
performance updates to senior management.
