Your Role
Roles & Responsibilities
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Based on the regional volumes).
Robust written and communication skills (role is focused on written, not call-based, support).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Organized, able to prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
Customer-focused and passionate about supporting employees and Stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
Support HR processes in line with regional policies and guidelines.
Manage and respond to employee queries via case management tools.
Prepare standard correspondence for employees and external parties.
Liaise with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues for information and support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support the People Hub team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
