Job Purpose:

Execution of New product Qualification , Tracking / Handling customer line / field issues, coordinating with Plant / Engineering / Customer for resolution Product Application Training to customers & Heat Load Calculation support
Key Responsibilities





Description of duties & activities
1
New Product Qualification –
Understanding / Sharing Product technical documentation required by customer
Discussion of test plan & samples
Coordinate with sales for samples & delivery
Coordinate with Customer for sample evaluation / qualification
Address pilot production & post field testing issues
Coordination of customer system testing in karad engineering lab

Support To Contractors
Get inputs from Sales / Customer for heat load calculations
Calculate the heat load based on input received on application & share report
Selection of system components like condensing unit / expansion valve etc
Post Sales support customer for installation / commissioning
Technical Training To Customers

Handling Customer Issues, Coordination between Plant / Quality & Customer to share inputs / Resolve Line / Field Issues
