As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and helping build a high-performing organization.
The Opportunity
As an HR Generalist, you will support the day-to-day People operations for our growing India Development Center and help manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. You will work closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. As the IDC continues to scale, you will also provide support for Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and hiring operations.




This is an prospect to gain broad exposure across HR operations, employee engagement, Talent Acquisition, and other People initiatives while helping build and scale our People function in India.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, internal transfers, documentation, and offboarding.
Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
Support employee queries related to HR policies, processes, benefits, payroll, and other People matters.
Support compliance with company policies, Indian labor laws, and statutory requirements.
